Accessibility

Our commitment

GerAssist aims to make its website and services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We work to improve keyboard access, focus visibility, colour contrast, headings, labels, and meaningful alternative text.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference when designing and improving the service.

Supported experiences

The website is designed to work with current versions of commonly used browsers, keyboard navigation, zoom, and screen readers. Some third-party content, embedded media, or external application portals may be controlled by other organisations.

Known limitations

Accessibility may vary across older browsers, third-party integrations, uploaded documents, and content supplied by universities or partners. We review reported issues and prioritise fixes based on their impact.

Feedback and help

If you have difficulty using a page, need information in another format, or find an accessibility barrier, please contact support@gerassist.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser involved if known.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback and work with you on a suitable way to provide the information or complete the task.
