Depending on how you use GerAssist, we may collect:
- Brochure request details: salutation, first name, last name, email address, phone number, the programme requested, and the date and time of your consent.

Brochure requests
When you request a programme brochure, we use the details you submit to identify the requested programme, record your consent, send the PDF link by email, prevent automated abuse, and respond to delivery problems. The brochure request is not an application for admission and does not create an account.
The legal basis is generally your consent for the brochure request and, where applicable, the steps necessary to fulfil your request. You can withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
