Who is responsible

If you need the full legal name or registered address of the operating entity for a formal data-subject request, contact us and we will provide the current details.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use GerAssist, we may collect:

• Brochure request details: salutation, first name, last name, email address, phone number, the programme requested, and the date and time of your consent.
• Partnership enquiry details: organisation, job title, name, work email, phone number, the scenario you choose to share, and your consent to process the enquiry.
• Technical and security information: IP address, browser or device information, and request metadata used to protect the service and investigate abuse.
• Account and application information: information you provide when you create an account, build a portfolio, apply through GerAssist, contact support, or use other authenticated features.
• Usage information: information about how you interact with public pages, Vercel Web Analytics measurements for those pages, and essential cookies.
• Advertising information, when AdSense is enabled: consent choices and limited technical information needed to display and measure advertisements on selected public discovery pages.

Advertising

GerAssist may use Google AdSense on selected public discovery pages, such as Studienkolleg search and programme pages. Advertisements are labelled and are kept away from application actions and decision-critical information.

Partnership enquiries

When you use our partnership enquiry form, we use the details you submit to understand your organisation, respond to your partnership or advertising request, and arrange a relevant follow-up conversation. Brochure requests
